YASALITE ( FLAT & TEXTURED)

Pliolite based paint which has superior adherance even over chalky substrates and created paint film is vapor impermaable and waterproof. Applied on thin plaster for interior and exterior facades and texture.

Some advantages of Yasalite are:

•  can be stored at(-) 20 C

•  high vapor peremeability

•  in 1-2 hours after application , rain do not effect the material.

•  Because of styrene acrilate type resin, it has a rubber flexibility so possible hair craks do not effect the film.

•  Excellent adhesion even on porous surfaces.

Thinner: Yasalite Thinner

Primed with Yasalite Primer  

YASASIL (textured & flat)

Yasasil is a silicone emulsion paint which has superior water repellency yet creating vapor and Carbon Dioxide impermeable alkali resistant film. Yasasil not only suitable for the vry firstcoat of paint to be applied but also for renovation purposes. Yasasil is ideal for painting all types of exposed concrete surfaces, cellular concrete, asbestos cement, sand-lime brick and normal brick work as well as mineral plasters. Applied on for interior and exterior facades

0,300-0,500 Kg/m2 (flat)

Thinner: water

Primed with Yasasil Primer  

YATEX (Sprayed & textured)

Alkyd based,thick textured decorative, facade coating material. Applied on all kinds of concrete, ytong peressed brick, plaster surfaces. Methods of Application: Spray by specific spraying gun . Textured by a specific roller.

Apperance :

1-1,5 Kg/m2 ( textured)

Thinner: Yatex Thinner

Primed with Yatex Primer  

AQUATEX

Acrylic based,textured, decorative exterior facade coating material. Applied on thin plaster concrete and initially Coated surfaces of the buildings. Methods of application: By a sponge roller.

Apperance :

0,700-1 Kg/m2 ( thin textured )

1-1,250 Kg/m2 (medium textured)

thinner: water primed with Yasan Acrylic primer
